Caitlin McCaffrey / MA/BCBA
Caitlin McCaffrey has been working with individuals with disabilities for 10 over years. Originally from Philadelphia, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the Masters College in Los Angeles, then went on to receive her Masters of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Caitlin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with Applied Behavior Consultants since 2010.
During her time with ABC she has served as a Tutor, Field Trainer, Behavior Consultant and Senior Behavior Consultant prior to becoming the Program Manager of the Infant Toddler Development Program. As Program Manager Caitlin is responsible for supervising and overseeing all Infant Toddler Development Programs in the North Los Angeles region.
Caitlin is certified as a Professional Assault Crisis Training (ProACT) in-service trainer, and conducts ongoing ProACT trainings for ABC’s southern California sites. Additionally, Caitlin conducts ABC’s 16-hour parent training curriculum Positive Programming for Parents (PPP) in both group and individual settings. As Program Manager she also provides training to staff on a wide variety of ABA topics.
