Adeline Paduraru is the Director of the East Bay region of Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc., overseeing the center-based Early Intervention Behavior Treatment (EIBT) program. She brings over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), holding a variety of roles from Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavior Consultant, and Senior Behavior Analyst.

In her time within the field, Adeline has provided consultation to caregivers and educators within the home, center, care home, private and public school settings to support children and adults of all ages. She specializes in behavior intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including increasing functional communication, reducing maladaptive behaviors, social skills training, and caregiver education.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Jessup University and went on to complete her Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018.
