Filing a Grievance with ABC

If you believe that ABC has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of one of the characteristics above, you may file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator:

You may file a grievance in person, by mail, or by email. If you need help filing a grievance, our Section 1557 Coordinator is available to assist you. ABC will not retaliate against you for filing a grievance.
